Jaimie Anese Lewis is the founder and principal of Anese & Associates, a grant writing firm that supports frontline organizations nationwide with capacity building, locating resources, building regional partnerships, and developing more competitive projects and funding strategies. After years of working in local government and seeing frontline communities left out of the grant funding process, she built A&A to center the voice of the people.

Director of Operations
Sean Ferguson, PhD, is a Senior Grant writer with 12 years of experience writing academic research grants, grants for small nonprofits, and large federal capital investment grants for DOE and EPA. His A&A responsibilities include strengthening the organization, working with clients and business partners, and supporting A&A's excellent writers.

Megan Kenny Feister, PhD, Director of Special Projects, is an Associate Professor of Organizational Communication. She has supported over $750,000,000 in grant requests for social and environmental justice, project-based and experiential learning, inclusion, and equity, with more than $200 million awarded. Her research expertise includes collaboration and innovation, values and knowledge in team-based work, team processes and decision-making, ethics, and the impact of technology on organizational processes.
